Today I'm working on two really unique custom Dover buttons that came from the Texas State Capitol! A huge thank you to Nick, Caleb, and Thyssenkrupp elevator for these! They are in overall good shape, with a few of the panels having broken buttons. As for the wiring, it's very simple. I made some custom lamp holders to hold low voltage LEDs, and used connectors to make all of the wires. Then, it was as simple as plugging everything into the correct place.
