In this video I've tried to explain about Leaves as per law, types of leaves, how to avail these leaves.
Annual Leaves = 14
Casual Leaves = 10
Sick Leaves = 8
Maternity Leaves = 90
Annual Leaves are used for bulk quantity that help employees to plan for any of their family tour outstation or a wedding in family. Annual leaves supposed to be encash or carry forward in next year.
Casual Leaves are for any unforeseen situation.
Sick Leaves are in case of health issues, where employee need to submit Medical Certificate in case of exceeding 3 leaves.
Maternity Leaves are for females 45 before delivery and 45 after delivery.
