Welcome to Wonderhussy Adventure #165!
This week I'm exploring a group of old mining cabins on Forest Service land, way up in a remote canyon in the White Mountains. Thanks to the dedication and hard work of volunteers, many of these cabins have been restored and are available to stay in on a first-come, first-served basis....if you know where to go, and are able to get there! I try to preserve the anonymity of this place in the video by not giving many identifying details...to protect against vandals and looters. But the location is sufficiently difficult to reach that it's unlikely anyone other than the most dedicated hikers and historians could/would bother to reach it.
