Celebration Florida in 2003 – Vintage VHS Footage from the Early Days of Celebration FL

Описание: Vintage VHS footage filmed in Celebration, Florida around early 2003.

This footage was recorded while visiting the town during a home search, just a few years after Celebration was founded in the 1990s. Much of the town was still under construction at the time, and many neighborhoods, homes, and condos were newly built or still being developed.

The video includes scenes walking through neighborhoods, driving around town, and visiting downtown Celebration while the community was still in its early stages.

Beyond the architecture and town layout, this footage also captures a little early-2000s time capsule — including many of the cars that were on the road at the time.

While this channel usually focuses on EV adventures, I thought this vintage footage would be fun to share. Car enthusiasts might enjoy spotting some classic late-90s and early-2000s vehicles… and EV fans might even notice one of Celebration’s early neighborhood electric vehicles (NEVs) making an appearance.

Celebration was originally developed by The Walt Disney Company as a master-planned community near Orlando and remains one of the most unique town developments in the United States.
