Описание: Self-awareness is the first step toward healing from trauma or from the effects of chronic anxiety. You can't think your way out of either and so we have to begin to look to the body for the restoration of nervous system equilibrium. If we are unaware of how it feels when our bodies react, we can get stuck, and often held hostage, by the brain's interpretation of events which is not always an accurate representation of the sensations experienced in the body.
