How To: Change Gear for Handlebar Joint Base & Trigger Assembly

Описание:
Step 1: Use 2 allen wrenches to unscrew screws on handlebar joint base
Note: Make sure you are turning wrenches in opposite direction of eachother
Step 2: pull out both screws and lay down the tiller with gear facing up
Step 3: Use allen wrench to loosen screws on gear until screw in spring can't be seen
Step 4: Pop out both springs with needlenose pliers or screwdriver
Step 5: Take out gear
Note: In video you see a metal piece under the gear being taken out, if your scooter does not have this, it's okay. If it does, leave it there.
Step 6: Put new gear in and put springs back on with needlenose pliers or screwdriver
Step 7: Use allen wrench to tighten screws back into the springs
Step 8: Put handlebar joint base back together with screws and allen wrench
