Naresh Bhatt, the husband of Mamta Kafle Bhatt, a missing Manassas Park mother, was charged with murder. In July, Mamta went missing and has not been seen ever since. Naresh was later accused of killing her and was officially charged with concealing her dead body, which has not yet been found.
