Описание: The ‪@brooksrunning‬ Cascadia has always been Brooks’ tried and true durable trail shoe. When looking to upgrade my aging Cascadia 16s, it was an easy choice going with the newest version, the 19.

The 19 gets some noticeable upgrades. Most notably, it gets a new DNA Loft v3 midsole and more of it, too. It’s now up to 35mm in the heel and 29mm in the forefoot for a 6mm heel to toe drop.

My gripes with the 16 were overall stiffness and the need for more cushion on longer runs. After putting the 19 through its paces, it proved to be considerably softer and bouncier, it’s more flexible, and is more versatile feeling right at home in the rocks, on easy gravel trails, or just wearing around the store.

It’s quite the bang for your buck at $150.
