Most of us are so used to the mainstream of all the clinical fields as psychiatry. These also include telephone hotlines in times of trouble, emergencies and distress. I worked on a telephone, hence, peer support line. No counselors, technology or hotlines. It is a support line. A one o one mutual conversation.
