190°C···18-20 minutes
[Instructions]
①First, sift and combine cake flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter cubes and cut into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
②Add rum-soaked raisins, milk, and whipping cream. Mix until no dry flour remains.
③Shape the dough into desired portions and bake.
④Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the scones, and done!
