Описание: Stamp collectors are calling it a once-in-a-century event: the rare and historic 'Ticino collection' is up for sale at the Rapp auction house in St Gallen. The stamps are more than 100 years old and include world rarities worth millions of francs. Only a few stamps from the 19th century have survived in a suitable condition for investment.
