🍫 The Softest Chocolate Chip Muffins Ever!
These chocolate chip muffins are unbelievably soft, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious!
Follow the tips I’ve shared below, and you’ll get the best muffins ever — bakery-style and perfectly moist!
🧁 Ingredients:
3 large eggs
300 g all-purpose flour
200 g sugar
125 g yogurt
125 g oil
200 g chocolate chips
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
🔥 Baking Tips:
Bake the muffins at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes,
then reduce the temperature to 175°C (347°F) and bake for another 20–25 minutes,
until golden and beautifully puffed up.
