In this tennis lesson for 7 and 8-year-olds, I’ll show you how I coached my daughters through real drills, skill-building exercises, and a competitive tie-break match.
This is Lesson #17 in the My Daddy / My Coach series - a 47-lesson journey showing exactly how I taught my kids tennis from the ground up.
Watch us warm up, improve footwork, refine forehands and backhands, and work on both flat and slice serves. You’ll also get to see a full tie-break game where they put their new skills to the test.
