'Bad Influence': Lois Yoder Trucking's custom 2013 Peterbilt 389 hauls steel coils

Hicksville, Ohio-based Lois Yoder Trucking bought this custom 2013 Peterbilt 389 from A&A Stainless Steel out of Hialeah, Florida, who did the custom build on the unit. Yoder worked the truck throughout 2024, hauling steel coils out of Ohio mostly into Indiana and Kentucky. Read more about Yoder Trucking and its show truck: https://www.overdriveonline.com/15754071

The Yoder team pulled it off the road and tore it down over the winter, repainted the 550-hp Cat engine and touched up paint on the rest of the unit to get it ready for 2025's truck show season. They also coupled the truck with a 2025 Mac curtainside that's painted to match the tractor.

Fleet owner Benjamin Yoder had the truck on display at the Shell Rotella SuperRigs working truck show at Atlanta Motor Speedway at the end of May. There, Yoder said he and his team are planning on showing the rig through 2025 before putting it back to work.
