FIRST LOOK REVIEW
🔵I have owned fish numerous times and have a variety of breeds etc... so I know one or two things about keeping fish, I'm no expert! More an avid enthusiast. So my expectations were high coming into this game & would not be impressed with a poor quality title....I am pleasantly surprised.

🔵In the game you start as a 14 year old boy (no character creation) who is given his first fish tank. The tutorial takes you through everything one step at a time & does a decent job of explaining most of the game mechanics (you can place items when the colour changes).

🔵It is quite well simulated (allowing bag water to meet tank water temps isn't modelled ATM). You have temps, water types (no PH), algae, and a filter (more could be done). More than that you have a nice selection of ornaments, plant life etc..

🔵After the tutorial you get to completely redesign your Dad's fish tank (which he has destroyed). You have a list of things you need to do (could be displayed better) butt mostly the freedom to do what you want. It is fun, I enjoyed it.

✔️Graphically I like pretty much everything.
✔️Good number of fish, nicely animated.
✔️Good number of objects to place.
✔️Water effects are pretty decent (could be improved).
✔️Good selection of chilled out music.

❌Audio = Immersion (terrible audio right now)
❌Handling mechanics need completely rewriting. Need to be able to place items anywhere.
❌The placement of objects is OK, but tricky and needs reworking too.
❌I hope the game is NOT this linear (in this everything is locked until permission is granted).
❌Need to be able to pick up more than 1 fish in the net 2-3 would be fine.
❌Cannot shape the gravel (pouring and positioning is automated).
❌A few fish escaped the tank!!! LOL
❌The UI is Horrible. Hire a pro and get it looking nice!

💡Ability to separate babies from parents (essential in fish-keeping)
💡Option to open a store and manage all the business elements of fish-keeping
💡Modding (just imagine how much content and ornaments we could have)
