In this new series, Macro Monday, we go through some of the macros I have in one of my house of worship base show files on the ETC EOS 3.2 Lighting Console.
In this installment, I cover macros for:
Magic Sheet navigation using a macro that is in a screen frame.
Snapshot navigation using a macro that is in a screen frame.
Previously I embedded all of my navigation in a magic sheet, but then that had to be updated every place it was used when changes were necessary (since show files are always an evolving product). So instead I have 12 macros that live in their own frame at the bottom of a page, which grabs their labels from the macro themselves, so any update to the macro automatically is reflected everywhere.
