Carving of maxillary right 2nd premolar.
Steps
1. Draw mid-line and label the each side of the wax block-labial, lingual, mesial and distal.
2. crown length: 8.5mm
Root length:14.0mm
3. Divide the crown in 3 thirds- occlusal, middle and cervical third.
4. Mesio-distal diameter of crown - 7.0mm
At cervix 5.0mm
5. Make trapezoid
6. Bucco-lingual diameter of crown- 9.0mm
At cervix 8.0mm.
