Louise Belcher Pink Bunny Ear Hat – Printable Pattern
An iconic hat inspired by Bob’s Burgers, perfect for cosplay. This pattern is one size only, designed for an adult head circumference of approximately 56 cm.

The ears stand tall thanks to an internal flexible wire structure. I recommend watching the video tutorial to see how the wire is inserted into the ears. You will need to shape the wire yourself; approximately 130 cm of wire is required. The wire ends in the sample were covered with hot glue to prevent them from poking the head or coming through the fabric. If you do not have a hot glue gun, the wire ends can be twisted into a spiral and wrapped or sewn with soft fabric.

The pattern includes seam allowance for a clean, professional finish. For a soft shape and nice volume, I recommend using thick brushed fleece fabric. This fabric may also be referred to as brushed sweatshirting, sweatshirt fleece, cotton fleece (if cotton), or brushed French terry.

The pattern is formatted for home printing on A4 or US Letter paper.

This is not the easiest project, but when using thick fabric, small inaccuracies or mistakes can be hidden between the main fabric and lining layers. This allows room to learn, adjust, and still achieve a great result.
