🏁 GT7 GTWS Manufacturers Cup – Round 2 | Wet Race at Dragon Trail – Gardens

Описание: 🏁 This video features a full race from the GTWS Manufacturers Cup – Round 2 at Dragon Trail – Gardens, captured live during one of my GT7 sessions.
A race that quickly turned into a test of consistency and recovery in changing conditions.

Qualifying was held in dry conditions on Racing Softs. Traffic, a few wide moments, and a half-second penalty on the final lap resulted in a 1m34.305, placing me P6 on the grid.

The race started in the rain on Intermediates. After a good launch, contact mid-pack on lap one caused a spin, dropping me to P14. To make matters worse, I received a 2-second yellow flag penalty for an incident I wasn’t involved in.

From lap 3 onward, it turned into a recovery drive. Through long battles, capitalizing on mistakes, and staying consistent as the track dried, I climbed from P12 to P3 by lap 11. A pit stop for Racing Mediums dropped me back to P7, and cold tires on the drying line made the out lap particularly tricky.

Despite a couple of off-track moments and another mistake later in the race, I managed to recover again and stabilize the final stint. The last five laps were all about consistency, ultimately finishing P4 and bringing solid points home after a messy but rewarding race.
