A 360° DEVOPS ENTERPRISE EVOLUTION: DANSKE BANK’S TRUE STORY
The session aims to provide insights on the current DevSecOps evolution at Danske Bank Group. Initially, the group’s currently ongoing broader transformation will be presented, along with how DevSecOps is perceived and deployed as an enabler.

Continuing, Danske Bank’s new DevSecOps 360 degrees operating model will be presented, outlining the key domains and enablers comprising it.

The core of the session will focus on three main themes, that are in the heart of the DevSecOps evolution. Firstly, the DevSecOps vision shaping and evolution mechanisms will be presented, providing insights on how to ensure clarity and coalition towards the desired direction. Secondly, the reconciliation approach of DevSecOps with IT Service & Portfolio Management will be presented, complemented with the evolution of 4 key enables 1) technology 2) process engineering 3) people skills and mind-set 4)governance.

The third part will focus on the reconciliation of the DevSecOps operating model and vision, with that of the Cloud adoption due diligence and strategy mechanisms.

Concluding, the so-far captured lessons learnt will be presented, complemented by “dos & dont’s” when scaling DevSecOps, derived by our experience.
