From the drawing board to final calibration we engineer every unit around the exact web you feed us—its stiffness, thickness, adhesive strength, plus the pick height, clearance angles and floor-space you have on the line—so feeder, material and plant fit together perfectly.
How it works
A closed-loop, high-resolution stepper motor drives the web to the peel station. A fibre-optic sensor sees the product arrive, stops the feed within ±0.1 mm and locks the web in place. The robot picks; at the same instant the peel blade and the backing liner retract together in a single, smooth pull-back motion. The label stays on the pick face, the liner is wound away—100 % peel, zero edge lift, zero adhesive drag.
Result: faster takt time, higher placement yield and a rock-steady material supply for your automated process.
