A recent PiXimperfect video (i.e. • World's Best AI to Color B&W Photos... and... ), demonstrated how a black & white photo might be 'colorized' using a mixture of the palette.fm Web site, and PhotoShop.
This video demonstrates how the same results can be achieved, using a mixture of palette.fm, and Luminar Neo.
