When meditation stopped being a practice!

Nonduality, awareness, illusion of self, and the recognition that there is no personal doer — explored through lived experience. This channel reflects on overthinking, anxiety, identity, acceptance of what is, and how clarity unfolds naturally when thinking is no longer taken as final authority.

Unsteered is a space for honest spiritual reflection, not to fix or correct anything, but to articulate moments where effort softens and understanding reveals itself on its own.

I work as a coach and facilitator, and this channel is an extension of how I live and explore awareness in everyday life. I speak from places I once lived from — not as mistakes, but as natural stages where clarity was veiled and later became visible.
Alongside my professional background in personal development, leadership, and reflective inquiry, I have spent many years observing how control, striving, and identity operate in direct experience.
