This Vanilla French Toast with Ice Cream is delicious, we had to make this for breakfast. We was feeling peckish and we really didn't want to eat the same old boring cereal. So, we tried to recreate something I ate once in a local cafe.
My French toast turned out to be amazing, maybe it's all the love that went into it. You should try it too.
It may not be the most perfect French Toast but were willing to show you the steps we took.
INGREDIENTS
(Serves 3 people)
FRENCH TOAST:
Brioche Bread
2 Large Eggs
80ml Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Butter
TOPPINGS:
Raspberries
Blueberries
Strawberries
Melted Chocolate
Sprig of Mint
Vanilla Ice Cream
OR
You can add anything you like :)
