Описание: The Home Office is reviewing options to acquire a single-provider English language test (HOELT) for immigration purposes, replacing the current system involving multiple suppliers. This test will measure proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing at various levels (A1-C1). The selected contractor will be responsible for creating, maintaining, securely administering the test, validating results, and ensuring anti-fraud measures globally. A Request for Information (RFI) will be issued, with a virtual Industry Day set for September 2024. The contract announcement is expected by April 2025.
