Описание:
1. Automatic Cutting Process
🔹 Purpose:
To cut fabric layers accurately according to pattern shapes before sewing.
🔹 Main Steps:
1. Fabric Spreading:
Fabric is spread layer by layer automatically using a spreading machine.
The system ensures even tension, alignment, and no wrinkles.
2. CAD Pattern Input:
Patterns are created using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.
The cutting marker is generated to minimize fabric waste.
3. Automatic Cutting:
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) cutting machines or Auto-cutters (Gerber, Lectra, Bullmer, FK Group) are used.
Uses vacuum suction to hold layers tight during cutting.
Cuts multiple layers simultaneously using knife, laser, or water jet.
Output: Precisely cut garment pieces labeled and bundled by size/style.
🔹 Advantages:
High cutting accuracy (±1 mm)
Saves time and fabric
Reduces manpower
Consistent quality
---
🪡 2. Automatic Sewing Process
🔹 Purpose:
To stitch garment parts automatically with minimal human intervention.
🔹 Types of Automatic Sewing Machines:
1. Pattern Sewing Machines
Used for pocket attachment, label sewing, or bar tacking.
Example: Brother BAS series, Juki AMS series.
2. Automatic Seam Machines
Specialized for collar, cuff, waistband, or placket joining.
3. Overlock & Flatlock Automation
Automatically feed fabric and trim edges for knit garments.
4. Button & Buttonhole Machines
Fully automated – place, sew, and cut thread automatically.
5. Unit Production System (UPS) or Conveyor Sewing Lines
Garment parts move automatically through each operation station via conveyor.
🔹 Integrated Technology:
PLC/Computer Controlled operation.
Sensors detect fabric position & seam end.
Robotic arms for folding, aligning, or feeding.
Vision systems (AI cameras) for seam accuracy checking.
🔹 Advantages:
Higher production speed (up to 2–3× manual)
Consistent seam quality
Lower skill dependency
Reduced defect rate
Real-time data tracking for quality & efficiency
---
