Virginia is famous for it's blue crabs, which thrive in the Chespeake Bay. And this soup is a MUST, so I'm glad I finally get to try it properly.
We're at Heirloom, a beloved farm-to-table favorite in Virginia Beach, and everything we tried was made with with clear attention to quality and detail.
We ordered a mix of local seafood and Southern classics, and you can really taste the difference when ingredients are fresh and things are made in-house.
From the house-made sauces to the perfectly crispy textures, this waws one of those meals where every dish delivered. Heirloom is casual but elevated - the kind of place locals love and visitors should absolutely try.
