Barbara Robertson is a creative artist and an art therapist, and last year began to offer a weekly podcast about the benefits of creative expression. As an art therapist, she guides her clients to harness the power of making art to bring healing and wholeness to their lives. She came to this role through her own experience of making art from the first time she could hold a crayon through to the present time.
She holds fast to the belief that creating tangible works that embody what we value can show us our own worthiness and leads us to find harmony and accord within ourselves and with others. Through giving shape to the beauty we experience inside us flows a grace that facilitates authentic connection, affirms belonging, integrates us within our communities, and becomes a source of vivid and abundant joy, wholly deserved by us all.
