Vegetable Multigrain Atta Methi Paratha and Chatpati Tomato Chutney
1 cup Makai ka ata(Maize flour)
1/2 cup Jawari ka Ata (Sorghum flour)
1/2 cup Bajri ka Ata(Pearl Millet Flour)
1/2 cup Soyabean ka Ata (Soyabean Flour)
1 cup Gehu ka Ata(Wheat flour)
3 cup Finely chopped Methi ki Bhaji (Fenugreek leaves)
1/2 cup Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1/4 cup Finely chopped Hara Lasun (Green Garlic)
3 Medium size Boiled Aloo Grated(Potato)
1 Tbl sp Tikhiwali Hari Mirch ki Paste (Spicy Green chilli paste)
1/2 Tbl sp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
1/2 Tbl sp Lasun ki Paste (Garlic paste)
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1/2 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1 Tsp Ajwine(Carom seed)
2 Tsp salt
2 Tsp White Til(Sesame)
1/4 cup Fresh Malai
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
Water for Making Dough
1 Tsp oil
Apply Deshi Ghee Both side
Tomato Chutney
1 Tbl sp oil
1/2 cup fine Onion slice
9 to 10 Lasun ki kali (Garlic clove)
1/2 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 cup Tomato slice
6 to 7 Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red chilli)
2 Tsp Imli(Tamarind)
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/3 cup water
1 Tsp Gud (Jaggery)
2 Tbl sp Oil
1 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1 Tsp Urad Dal (Black Gram)
8 to 10 Curry patta (Curry leaves)
2 Tbl sp water
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tbl sp Hara Lasun finely chopped (Green Garlic finely chopped)
Serve with Tomato Chutney,Green Chutney & Masala Dahi
