তিন দফা দাবিতে দ্বিতীয় দিনের মতো রাজধানীর শাহবাগ অবরোধ করেছেন প্রকৌশলের শিক্ষার্থীরা। পূর্বঘোষিত ‘লং মার্চ টু ঢাকা’ কর্মসূচির অংশ হিসেবে ২৭ আগস্ট বুধবার বেলা ১১টার দিকে শাহবাগের মূল সড়কে অবস্থান নেন তারা। এতে বন্ধ হয়ে যায় শাহবাগ ও আশপাশের সড়ক। দিন শেষে দাবি বেড়ে দাঁড়ায় ৫টিতে।
