Описание: The 3rd leaf Tempranillo vines at Blue-Merle Winery have produced much fruit and need to be thinned. In this video Winemaker's Journal gives an example of thinning grape clusters. The idea is to produce a delicious grape for winemaking from these young vines -- not "a lot" of grapes.
