Jeanine Olund, an aerospace engineer, presents 'A New Organization of Science' at the Science 'UnSummit' 2010 in Washington DC.
Dr. Olund discusses her observations of what it took to create high performing, high output teams whose work was sought after by outside contractors when she worked for a company in the aerospace industry.
Dr. Olund went on to study the human side of scientific and engineering work at the California Institute of Integral Studies. In this talk, given Oct 24th 2010 in Washington DC at Yamana Science and Technology's Science 'UnSummit' held at the Elliot School of International Affairs, Jeanine shares her observations of what made her group highly effective in a critical and demanding profession.
