Rosie tries to escape to Surabaya after being tired of being grounded by her family including Caillou. So she is tired of being at home and tries to escape to Indonesia. But no, she cannot because she don’t have enough money and no secured checked baggage to depart for Indonesia by the airline. And she gets arrested in the end.
