Reigate Priory parkrun - unexpected hills rollercoaster

Описание: Lovely park just South of London for a hard and hilly parkrun on a very windy July day! The grounds are gorgeous, with wive views on open meadows for half of it and a woodland hill crossing on the South side. The hill adds a proper trail running section to your weekly 5K, with a fun downhill on the way back.

Not a PB course unless you have never visited flat course.

As runners we are a competitive bunch, but we only compete with ourselves! Anyone can join and enjoy a weekly parkrun 5K, run, jog or run-walk it! parkrun can also be integrated into your C25K journey very successfully - I did, years ago… and I never stopped running.

Finally, one thing that makes exploring different parkrun venues even more interesting for me is chasing parkrun challenges. They are completely pointless, but completing challenges and filling up maps is fun and it gives me one more reason to be consistent in attending weekly parkrun events and improve myself in my running journey.
