I've grown up eating this Bhakri for whole my life. I just love this roti with Jaggery, Rassewali Sabji or I used to have it with ghee (when I was not vegan)

I learned to make sogra(सोगरा) when I was about 13 years old. My mom taught me how to make Bhakri. This post is dedicated to her!
