Jam cocktails have been around for a while - they were invented in the 1920s, and the most famous example is a "Breakfast Martini." (Martinis for BREAKFAST? Those Prohibition types were our kind of people!!). Nikki's put a special "Space" spin on the classic, and it's OUT OF THIS WORLD! (See what we did there? Of course you did. It wasn't very subtle).

Much more sophisticated than our sense of humor is this cocktail. You'll need:
Jam of Choice
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
2-3 Dashes Regan's Bitters
3/4 oz Campari
2 oz Gin
