3-PART SERIES:
PART 1 (down-regulated):
Learn how to box breathe to relieve anxiety… then up-level your life by being intentional! You can expect down-regulated breathing set to peaceful piano music as well as lo-fi beats and intention setting.
PART 2 (up-regulated):
Use your breath to shift your state by intentionally hyperventilating. This type of breathing is a hack for meditation — it not only shifts your state… but also shifts the chemistry of your blood. By breathing in extra oxygen and breathing out extra carbon dioxide we can create sensations in the body that can simulate a psychedelic experience. Allow your body to float and your mind to clear as you prepare for a final meditation in Part 3.
For my medic friends… this chemical shift actually contributes to shutting down our pre-frontal cortex — the region of the brain responsible for our analytical thinking… helping to turn off the chatter. It’s a cheat code for meditation!
