How to Soundproof a Duplex THE RIGHT WAY

Описание: Soundproofing a duplex can be challenging because most duplex or townhouses are not sound proof at all. One benefit however is that you don't have any windows or doors to soundproof, you only need to. soundproof the wall in the duplex, also know as soundproofing a party wall.

There are a few ways to soundproof a wall in a wall in a duplex but in this video I will show you a method of soundproofing the wall using a material called Mass Loaded Vinyl, MLV for short. You can also use mass loaded vinyl to soundproof the floor if you have neighbors living downstairs.
