OC Animal Care's appointment only adoption practice is rejected by the community. The public must select a dog from an online photo and call and make an appointment. No longer can the public walk through the kennels and be able to view all dogs available for adoption. As a result, hundreds of dogs will never be seen by the public and euthanasia rates of dogs not getting adopted will climb.
