In this video i teardown a Magstim 200 made by Magstim during the 1980s and 1990s, a magnetic stimulator or TMS device (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation).
The device uses a high voltage & high current discharge into a coil to induce electrical currents into the brain through the skull. It can also be used on other parts of the body but is most used for TMS.
