CPS appeals decision allowing wrongful death lawsuit to move forward

Описание: WEST PRICE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) - The parents of an 8-year-old who took his own life sued the Tri-State's largest school district. Now, CPS is appealing a decision to let the lawsuit against it move forward.

Gabe Taye's family accused Cincinnati Public School leaders of covering up both an attack against him and bullying problems at Carson Elementary School in West Price Hill.

Taye committed suicide January 2017. His family filed a wrongful death suit against CPS in August.

Two weeks ago, a judge denied the district's request to dismiss it.
