Описание: After six months with my Octavia TDI Estate I was craving something a little more exciting and I didn't go looking for this car it found me, which was lucky as I am pretty much one of the few people that would have bought it. However the price was right, condition was good and history was OK so it had to get bought. And just in time for 2026 which will be a big year for the channel and for the Golf GTI.

For the record, I still think Japanese imports are not worth the risk - this car isn't from Japan so the history is in English and has been personally imported by its original owner to the UK, it's not been discarded by a previous owner and sent to a mega auction. The crucial difference is that my purchase has been made here in the UK and there is redress with the seller, something I actually had to call upon as you will see in episode 2.
