The Magic Window is the window that spawns on the opposite side of Disturbed Ward's main building as the greenhouse! There is some staggered pathing on the outside of it that can lead the the killer losing ground if they do not know the pathing, which can lead to extra vaults that would not have otherwise happened safely!
The stairs right there also break line of sight so the killer can end up losing chase, which can also provide additional vaults that would not have otherwise happened.
