This was my second year completing the 32 mile paddle race down the Tennessee River on a 12'6" SUP. This year, I was fortunate to have a small race division, so I could take it easy and film. Included are my strokes per minute, pace, speed, mile lap times, and a progress marker for the race course overlayed so you can see my metrics from my Garmin watch in real time.
