In 2012 JDV Projects completed The Hollard Group's new corporate head office, located in Chatswood.
Each of the companies three business units, Real Insurance, Pet Sure and Velosure, were previously in a separate location and were consolidated into 4 floors of approximately 1,000m2 each.
A major part of the build was punching an internal stair between the floors to open up the space and connect each of the business units with the parent. Complex demolition and structural support associated with the creation of the stair void through post tensioned concrete floors resulted in an amazing 15m vertical living green wall constructed through the stair void --one of the tallest internal green walls in Australia.
