The National Conference on Race and Ethnicity in American Higher Education (NCORE) was launched in 1988 by the University of Oklahoma Outreach to address the resurgence of racist incidents in higher education. NCORE aims to improve racial relations and access to higher education by diverse, underrepresented populations. Find more at www.ncore.ou.edu.
