For Roti-
1. Jowar flour 2 cups
2. Water 2 cups
3. Mooli/Radish 1 medium (with leaves)
4. Green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
5. Ginger 2 inch (grated)
6. Ajwain/Carom seeds 2 tsp
7. Salt to taste
8. Desi ghee/ any neutral oil 1 tsp
For Raita-
1. Bathua 50 gm
2. Water 1/2 cup
3. Curd 2 cups
4. Garlic 1 piece
5. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
6. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
7. Black Salt 1/2 tsp
8. Salt to taste
