Day 1 - The Reality of Abundance
☀ First day of the challenge. 🚀

After completing the task, please text this group saying “day 1 is done" and your name.
You have until noon (12:00pm) the following day to complete the task.
I highly recommend doing meditation and tasks at the beginning of the day, if possible. It changes the course of the day! But if not, just fit it around your schedule.
So, here are the tasks for today:
1. Perform guided meditation with the mantra of SO HAM.
The track with the meditation will follow this message.
2. Write in your notebook the phrase of the day and remember it during the day as often as possible.
"Today I behold the abundance that surrounds me."
3. In your notebook, make a list of 50 people who influenced your personal growth and development throughout your life.
