Detrola, Detroit Michigan Antique radio receiver, Model 193E

Описание: A rate, vintage Detrola Radio Receiver factory number 193 series. T I have turned it on and it is running! It should have an external antenna to receive more stations but I did manage to get a few without an antenna. It does make the usual "dirty volume control" noise but it runs, and the mechanical pre-set station button function does work - when you push the buttons the dial control pointer moves. It has AM, Night Aviation, Police, Shortwave, 49 meter band, 39 meter band, 31 meter band, 25 meter band and 19 meter band. The quality of the cabinet is in very good condition but there are a few scratches, nicks and marks due to age, but overall it is an excellent representation of this radio. Please view the videos that I have supplied and satisfy yourself as to it's condition before bidding.

Included with this radio is the original Detrola booklet that contains instructions for installation, operation and servicing. The booklet also includes a circuit diagram and instructions on how to set the mechanical station change mechanism. Please see my video showing all of the booklets and diagrams included in this listing, including 7 sheets and one small white envelope containing punch out radio station call numbers to be attached to the pre-set pushbuttons, a leaflet regarding antenna installation, an original Registration Card, two envelopes containing original "5 Year Guarantee Bond" , and two identical colour brochures showing all of the Detrola radios available, one with hand-written prices. All are original.
