To Trigger the case :
1. At Shibuya, take left side crosswalk and talk to NPC with red exclamation mark
2. Go to Detective Agency and accept the case

Case :
1. Leave Agency, talk to President Mei outside the agency
2. Head south and talk to Vice President Kenji
3. At 2nd floor, talk to Regular Member Manaka
4. At 3rd floor, talk to Slacker Lily north of the stairs
5. At Shibuya, go northwest and talk to Pitiful High School Girl
6. Go South, take east Crosswalk and talk to same NPC
7. Back to club members, talk to NPC behind them
8. Report the case

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is a role-playing video game developed by Media Vision and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment that was released in Japan on March 12, 2015 for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4. Part of the Digimon franchise, the game is the fifth installment in the Digimon Story series, following 2011's Super Xros Wars, and the first to be released on home consoles.
